Auditions

Applications due no later than Friday, January 10th, 2025.

Auditions take place Saturday, January 11th, 2025 | 1pm-2pm
St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church

Notice of acceptance by Saturday, January 11th, 2025.

Applicants should prepare:

 

Totaling no more than five (5) minutes:

  • An All-Region excerpt, or, a piece of your choice

  • Two 3-octave scales* memorized
    one scale should be Major
    one scale should be melodic minor

  • *Students auditioning on double bass should prepare two 2-octave scales.
    one scale should be Major
    one scale should be melodic minor

Applicants should expect to sight-read as well.
